This cache is one of a series placed for a family-friendly hike in
honour of the
Grand Dame's redacted birthday.
Ideally, you should access this cache after coming in from the
main parking to the north of the lake. Please note that the park is
bounded by private property.
Please be aware that the building of a house
on what was previously considered to be an easement has created
some confusion regarding access from the area of the park-and-ride,
and the parks department is working clarify that situation.
Geocachers are strongly encouraged to approach this
cache from the main parking further down Luddingtonville
Road.
A series of logging roads and partially marked trails
links up from here to Wonder Lake and the blazed trails to the
north. Further marking of the trail system is expected to continue
through mid 2007
