High Tech Traditional Cache

Although there is plenty of car parking, empty spaces are at a premium unless you visit outside of office hours or at the week end. Alternatively there is valet parking available from outside building 4 for 10 AED.

The co-ordinates are that of a bench. Sit here and enjoy the tranquil view over the lake while eating your sandwich. There may be the occasional person walking past, but in general you will be undisturbed. The cache is a suitably modified and camouflaged “tic tac” box. It is small, just large enough for a log and a couple of coins. You will just about be able to squeeze a 1.5 inch geocoin in here. There is no room for a pen so please bring your own.

Replacing the Cache. Sign the log and, when replacing it, make sure that it cannot be seen from above. You will need to jam the box back into position as it is a very tight fit. Please align it so that the white top of the box faces towards the centre of the bench, thus minimising its chance of being seen by the gardeners.
