This is in a VERY high muggle area. please be careful when retrieving the cache to not give the location away. Also please be careful when replacing it to put it back in the same position as you found it, as any other position is probably visible to muggles (and please confirm it isn't obvious to passers by).
The nearby construction removed a nice little helper that used to make retrieving this cache more easy, so I've upped the difficulty level.
