La réception satellite est trés mauvaise au niveau de la cache, c'est pourquoi le waypoint donné correspond au candélabre avec le poinçon numéro 4.
Pour trouver la cache il vous suffit de compter 7 grands pas en direction du pont à partir du cadélabre (environ 10 mètres) . Elle est là devant votre nez,tout au bout du quai .
C'est une boite verte de film 24/36

The satellit reception is very bad at the level of the cache, that's way the given waypoint corresponds to the candelabrum with the number-punch 4.
To find the cache, you just have to count 7 big steps to the way of the bridge ( 10 meters about from the candelabrum). It's in front of you, at the bottom of the quay.
It's a little green box from a camera's film.
