Par un chemin empierré, on rejoint cet ermitage. Un père ermite venant de Cîteaux réside à l'année dans ce lieu.
Le site est assez exceptionnel, placé sur le haut d'une falaise la vue est remarquable.
La chapelle est romane, le reste des constructions date en partie du XVIIe siècle.
