D: Direkt entlang der Grenze zwischen Bayern und Tschechien führt ein Weg auf einer Höhenlage zwischen 7oo und 800m über NN entlang mit herrlicher Sicht vor allem nach Tschechien. Zur schneelosen Zeit ein drive-by-cache, wird es im Winter ein Cache mit bis zu 3 Terrain-Sternen, je nach Schneehöhe. Bis etwa 150 cm Schnee gibt es jedoch keine Probleme, den Cache zu loggen.
Zum Parken empfehle ich den Parkplatz am Grenzübergang bei N49°48.694´ E012°27.844´.
Der Cache, eine Filmdose, ist bei den angegebenen Koordinaten. Die meiste Zeit des Jahres ist der Fußweg zum Cache ein kleiner Spaziergang, während des Winters wird die Straße nicht geräumt. Da der "Böhmische" hier über die Höhen pfeift, lagert sich die im Wind enthaltene Feuchtigkeit als Raureif an Bäumen und Zäunen und auch am Oberpfalzturm ab und verzaubert die Landschaft. In der Schutzhütte "Steinberg" (etwa 200m südlich des Caches) ist eine Infotafel mit Hinweisen, was alles zu sehen ist, wie z.B. der Tillen, der Kaiserwald, die Häuser von Marienbad und die Burgruine Pfraumberg.

Cache je krabicka od kinofilmu a nachazi se na udanych souradnicich. Po vetsinu roku predstavuje cesta ke kesce prijemnou prochazku, v zimnim obdobi ale silnice neni udrzovana / zbavovana snehu. (Thanks to yeleni for translation)
