DEUTSCHE VERSION
Nürnberg ist eine schöne und vor allen Dingen sehr geschichtsträchtige Stadt. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten aus vielen verschiedenen Zeitepochen zu bewundern.
Dieser Virtual Cache zeigt Euch eine sehr dunkle Epoche der Stadt.
In der Zeit von 1933 bis 1938 fanden hier, im südöstlichen Teil Nürnbergs, die Reichsparteitage der NSDAP, der Nationalsozialistischen Deutschen Arbeiterpartei, statt.
Das von Albert Speer und Walter Brugmann geplante Gelände umfasst eine Fläche von ca.16,5 km² und die zum Teil errichteten Monumentalbauten sind heute noch zu besichtigen.
Die Runde führt über den wesentlichen Teil des Geländes und dauert in etwa 2,5 Stunden.
Bis auf S7 (Steintribüne Treppenstufen!) sind alle Informationen problemlos mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl zu erreichen.
An den einzelnen Stationen findet ihr Infotafeln mit ausführlichen Beschreibungen und Bildmaterial des jeweiligen Besichtigungsobjektes.
Die Nummern der Cache-Stationen und die der Infotafeln sind identisch.
An jeder dieser Infotafeln muss eine Frage beantwortet werden.

Sobald ihr die mail geschickt habt, dürft ihr loggen, falls etwas fehlen oder falsch sein sollte melde ich mich bei euch.
Beachtet und versteht bitte, dass Logeinträge ohne die richtige Antworten gelöscht werden, ebenso Logeinträge oder Bilder auf denen die Antworten auf die Fragen zu erkennen sind (Spoiler!)
Im in der Kongresshalle integrierten Dokumentationszentrum kann der darüber hinaus interessierte Besucher außerdem die Ausstellung „Faszination Gewalt“ besuchen, welche sich sehr ausführlich mit der kompletten Geschichte des Nürnberger Reichsparteitagsgeländes auseinandersetzt.
Unterwegs kommt ihr außerdem noch an zahlreichen, lohnenswerten Geocaches vorbei, welche auch in jedem Falle einen Besuch wert sind und natürlich gerne gefunden und geloggt werden dürfen!
Die Reihenfolge in welcher ihr die Infotafeln besucht spielt prinzipiell keine Rolle, bei Station 1 gibt es (leider) gebührenpflichtige! Parkplätze.
Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man im Bereich der Station 7 (Zeppelintribüne).
Natürlich gibt es auch eine gute Anknüpfung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Als Ziel bitte "Doku-Zentrum"auswählen.

Nuremberg is a beautiful and, above all, very historical city. There are many sights from many different epochs to admire.
This Virtual Cache shows you a very dark epoch of the city.
In the period from 1933 to 1938, the Nazi Party Rallies of the NSDAP, the National Socialist German Workers' Party, took place here in the southeastern part of Nuremberg.
The area planned by Albert Speer and Walter Brugmann covers an area of approx. 16.5 km² and the partially erected monumental buildings can still be visited today.
The round takes you over the main part of the terrain and takes about 2.5 hours.
Except for S7 (stairs!) all information can be easily reached with a stroller or wheelchair.
At the individual stations you will find information boards with detailed descriptions and pictures of the respective sightseeing object.
The numbers of the cache stations and the information boards are identical.
At each of the information boards you have to answer a question.

The interested visitor can also visit the exhibition "Fascination of Violence" in the documentation center which is integrated in the congress hall. It deals in great detail with the complete history of the Nuremberg Nazi Party Rally Grounds.
On the way you will also pass numerous geocaches, which are definitely worth a visit.
The order in which you visited the information boards basically does not matter. At station 1 there are parking lots you have to pay for
Free parking can be found in the area of Station 7 (Zeppelin Tribune).
Of course, there is also a good connection to the public transport network. Please choose "Doku-Zentrum" as your destination.
