The waves crashed down upon the bow of the foundering ship. The Captain lashed himself to the helm and attempted to provide some control over the violent sea. For three days the ship suffered the violence of King Neptune, only to be saved when his wrath was finally put to sleep. The surviving sailors peaked their heads out from cover and saw their captain, hands still affixed to the helm, eyes scanning the distant horizon, hoping for any sign of friendly help. As they began to survey the damage it was apparently clear the ship was going nowhere. The main mast was cracked and most of the sails had gone overboard. Barely afloat, the ship sits vulnerable deep within pirate infested waters. After several long weeks drifting the crew finally spotted shore and they were excited to feel the dry land, but that joy turned to fear at the sight of an approaching ship, flying the famous pirate flag, the Jolly Roger. Concerned about his previous cargo, the Captain quickly ordered his sailors to hide the treasure and instructed several of his most cunning to device a series of obstacles to guard its path.

Welcome to my fifth video game cache. To celebrate my 25th Unknown hide I decided to shake things up a bit. Instead of making it a traditional gamers-game I decided to try and appeal to those of us who just love puzzles, puzzles of all different kinds. This game should test your memory, agility, dexterity, logic, and general puzzle-solving skill-sets. There are a number of different obstacles you'll have to figure out if you want to claim this smilie. One great thing, there is no way to fail, unless you either give up or don't even try. If you should happen to not pass a level you can easily restart it without having to restart the entire game from the beginning. Hopefully that'll help you out with this potpourri of programmed puzzles. Your progress is automatically saved after each successful level so no need to sit down and complete it all at once. You can come back and load your saved game at a later time.
Look for the Xs at GZ to claim your reward. It may help to bring a mirror to find it.

Below are the versions of browsers I've had tested.
If you use a browser/version/operating system not listed your results may vary. I try to take advantage of the latest and greatest technology to bring you all something fun. Sadly, that means I cannot support older browsers, alternate operating systems, or legacy devices. If you experience issues, make sure your using the latest version of your browser.
Verified to be compatible with the Mac/PC versions of:
- Firefox version 29 and up - I did some tests on versions as early as 22 but they did not perform optimally.
- Safari version 7.0.3 and up (for mac) - some effects removed.
- Chrome version 27 and up
- Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.17041 & 16386 (Win7 & Win8) - some effects removed.
- Internet Explorer version 9.0.8112.16421 (Win Vista) - some effects removed.
- Internet Explorer version 10.0.9200.16897 (Win7) - some effects removed.
- Opera 21.0.1432.67
- Safari for iPhone 5 & iPad using iOS 7.1.1 - some graphics removed.
In order for the save game function to work you must allow cookies and additional web-storage if prompted by your browser. (IE does this a lot)
GZ is quite busy during the week. Either use a lot of stealth or wait for the weekend or late evening. |
