This is another in my "He who" series. Should be an easy park and grab.

After I published Hey, Who Cut That One?, the Pink Panthers to put out Are You Pink Enough: Can You Smell It

I accepted the challenge and put out He Who Smelt It Dealt It and He Who Said The Rhyme Did the Crime, and He Who Observed It Served It, He Who Detected It Ejected It and He Who Spoke Last Set Off The Blast, He Who Denied it Supplied It, and He Who Said The Verse Made The Atmosphere Worse.
