Geocache Description:

I was running out of room at the High Acres landfill for my "He Who..." series of caches when this spot opened up. In keeping with the theme, I can only hope that the Stinky Farm is upwind when you go after this one.

After I published Hey, Who Cut That One?, the Pink Panthers to put out Are You Pink Enough: Can You Smell It

I accepted the challenge and put out He Who Smelt It Dealt It and He Who Said The Rhyme Did the Crime, and He Who Observed It Served It, He Who Detected It Ejected It and He Who Spoke Last Set Off The Blast.

I invite you to keep a nose out for my upcoming caches:

He who said the verse just made the atmosphere worse.

He who pokes fun is the smoking gun.

He who refuted it tooted it.
