Geocache Description:

This cache series is dedicated to my favourite sport "Baseball".
Same as the number of player in baseball game, there are 9 caches, 8 regular + 1 bonus.
Each regular cache contain a "code", after you collected all, answer some simple questions, then you can go to the Bonus Stage.

The cache is located at the small park near the softball field.

What is "Baseball":

Baseball is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players. The aim is to score runs by hitting a thrown ball with a bat and touching a series of four bases arranged at the corners of a 90-foot diamond. Players on the batting team take turns hitting against the pitcher of the fielding team, which tries to prevent runs by getting hitters out in any of several ways. A player on the batting team can stop at any of the bases and later advance via a teammate's hit or other means. The teams switch between batting and fielding whenever the fielding team records three outs. One turn at bat for each team constitutes an inning and nine innings make up a professional game. The team with the most runs at the end of the game wins.

This Venue:

Softball (fast pitch) is a variant of baseball, the 3 major differences are that softball is bigger, softball field is smaller and softball must be pitched underhand.
Hong Kong Softball Association (HKSA) was found since 1937 and it aims on developing and promoting softball. The official office and field is located at Tin Kwong Road, most games will be played on Sat afternoon (2:30 pm - 10pm) and Sun full day (10:30am - 10pm), although HKSA is a private club, during game day, spectators are welcome, try to check the schedule at HKSA web site and watch a softball game while catching this cache.
