The UK 2013 Mega committee invite you to join us at our Mega Spring Fayre.
A geocaching event with a difference!
Come along to an outdoor Spring Fayre in the heart of Mercia and let your hair down in good-old Saxon style! This event will be very fun-orientated and family friendly with lots of great stalls selling geocaching and other general items! A fantastic day out for everyone. We’ll actually be a bit light on ‘traditional’ Saxon events – more along the lines of traditional games and stalls rather than selling slaves or putting thieves in stocks. We’re hoping to raise some money for the UK Mega Event 2013, but that shouldn’t get in the way of having some fun!
Although this is a geocaching event, everyone will be welcome. So please feel free to invite all your friends and family - the more the merrier!

The Venue
The Chase Gate pub is a family pub restaurant located just over a mile from Junction 11 of the M6. Nearby is Cannock Chase - one of the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the West Midlands Region. The Chase Gate pub has kindly loaned us the use of their event field and car park for the whole afternoon! If you do come by car, please park as far to the left as you can and feel free to use their facilities all day. They take bookings for their restaurant, so if you do wish to book, please call 01922 412264 and use the code “geocaching” to get a table away from the muggles
