In order to find this cache you must first have found all 12 of the traditional caches. Each cache contains the usual log but each cache also has part of the coordinates to this cache. The caches are hidden at or near places relevant to their particular symbolization.
Since the 12 sun signs relate to the stars and positions relative to the sun, this final cache is located near a physical therapy office whose name is representative.
