Geocache Description:

JHB SNS #3 - Holt Street

David Holt was one of the judges appointed to decide on the name of the township Parkhurst, noted by The Star in 1903. This street was named after him.

According to standard and diggers news, 1895, D Holt was a Director of the company responsible for Forest Hill. He was a councilor from 23 May to 9 Dec 1903.
