Geocache Description:

My first hide. This multi, doesn't require much walking. No room for swaps.

This series is best collected by entering the front and back doors collect the clues then do GC2J4HR my key to the city

A small outer suburban shopping strip and station. It even had its own movie theatre (now the newsagents).
Merchant Stuart Alexander Donaldson (1812-1867) the first Premier of NSW - owned the farming property known as 'The Montmorency Estate' until the 1840's when he sold it to retired East India Company Judge James Donnithorne (1773-1852) who operated it via managers from Sydney, upon his death it passed to his daughter Eliza Emily Donnithorne (1826-1886) who achieved dubious fame for being jilted at the altar and inspiring Charles Dickens creation of Miss Havisham in his novel Great Expectation. She held onto the property as an investment the remainder of her reclusive life, famously threatening to sue local authorities when they tried to compulsory purchase part of it for a railroad for less than its market value. Then stubbornly refused to sell an inch more there after when approached by local farmers or investors. She had a high regard for the property and in her Will noted that it should continue to be leased out as a farming property and not sold until its value rose to a higher point then it was in 1886.

At the given coordinates you will find at least 6 CCTVs keeping an eye on you so you will need to be extra careful here.
WP1 :

Find a pair of mixed digits and a letter. The letter is represented here by an 'X' :
     BBCXDE ABCXDE
WP2 is not far away (this WP is known as "my key ring")
WP2 :
     S37° 42.(D+E)(C+D)(B+C)
     E145° 07.A(B+C)(C+E)
The clues to the final location are here. GZ is a short stroll :
GZ :
     S37° 42.(DAHLIAS)(GOOSE)(DAHLIAS)
     E145° 07.(WHIPPET)(CIRCUS)(CHEVY)
GZ is visible to casual browsing but muggles can be found close to here so I suggest locating it visually first, then a stealthy collection.

The cache is a little unusual so please don't give away hints as to its nature in your logs
