Four donated engraved white tiles were installed in front of the Bonaire Lions Club monument and two tiles on each of the three other sides of the monument for a total of ten tiles.
The monument contains a time capsule and commemorates the 40th anniversary of the Bonaire Lions Club.
The plaque reads:
"This monument, founded in
2002 to commemorate the
40th anniversary of the Bonaire
Lions Club, contains a
time capsule with letters and
contemporary articles,
which will be opened in 2042"
