This bridge stretches across the Xe Don River, on the western side of the southern Laos town of Pakse, in Champasak Province. A kilometre further south the Xe Don joins the Mekong. The bridge is busy, linking two halves of the town. There are cars, motorbikes, and people crossing the bridge. There are two lanes of traffic and one pedestrian footpath on each side of the bridge.
