Cadran solaire 1835 - Sommesous - FRA - Sundials on Waymarking.com

Le village est en partie détruit pendant la première guerre mondiale mais il reste des traces du passé comme un ancien relais de poste de 1835 construit avec les pierres du château de Soudé et surtout de nombreuses inscriptions anciennes sur les façades.
Vous apercevez ici un cadran solaire sur la façade sud de la maison avec la date 1835 et un coq sculpté à sa gauche avec la date de 1780.
(ENG)The village is partly destroyed during the First World War but traces of the past remain as a former post office of 1835 built with the stones of the castle of welded and above all numerous ancient inscriptions on the facades.
Here you see a sundial on the south facade of the house with the date 1835 and a rooster carved to his left with the date of 1780.
