A small black shed sits on the lakeshore, near the playground and close to the Kinloch Store. This is a Public Beach Library and Toybox Shed.
The items in this shed have been kindly donated by residents and local businesses. There is a selection of books and magazines and also some childrens toys suitable for use on the beach. An afternoon spent on the sandy shore can be enjoyed by parents with a choice of books to read, while their kids can have hours of fun building and digging in the sand with trucks and other toys from the Shed.
A set of 'Shed Rules' explains the rules and asks that all equipment and books be returned when you have finished using them. Anyone is welcome to donate books or toys for use in this beachside library. It is open all hours, and Please keep it tidy.
