Edeni Vegan Restaurant is the first vegetarian-vegan restaurant of Buda, situated in a scheduled monument building in the heart of the Watertown of Buda, just at the foot of the Castle Hill.
The restaurant opened in 2006 with the aim of creating a place for those who care about healthy eating. The restaurant represents the traditional vegetarian-vegan line working with fresh, quality raw materials using no animal products, colouring matters, additives and preservatives.
The vegan dishes can be consumed safely by those who are allergic to milk-protein, lactose and eggs but they also have gluten-free dishes, fresh fruit and vegetable juices. From early spring to late autumn there have a pleasant terrace too".
