La Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture de Ballon (Sarthe), créée en 1967, vous présente pour sa 48ème année ses multiples activités sportives, culturelles et de loisirs. La M.J.C. Joël Sadeler est gérée par des bénévoles et ses activités sont encadrées par des animateurs professionnels compétents.

"Le 06 octobre 1982, l’association « Centre Social Rural du Canton de Ballon » est créée à Ballon, dans la Sarthe. Elle est alors présidée par Monsieur Jean-Claude BOULARD, actuel Maire de la Ville du Mans.
En 2009, le projet est retravaillé afin d’être au plus proche des attentes locales et problématiques territoriales. Pour ce faire, un cabinet de consultants est mobilisé dans le souci de proposer un prè-projet social.
Le 07 avril 2010, le nouveau projet validé par l’ensemble des partenaires accompagnant la restructuration, change de dénomination pour s’intituler « Maison des Projets ».
L’association est agréée Centre Social par les services de la Caisse d’Allocations Familiales de la Sarthe (Agréments Animation Globale et Animation Collective Famille).
La Maison des projets a ainsi pour finalité de proposer des activités répondant à l’animation globale du territoire en proposant diverses activités, ouvertes à toutes et tous, à travers une démarche participative, pour, par et avec les habitants.
L’association revendique les valeurs de l’Education Populaire et apparait comme une structure ancrée dans le champ de l’Economie Sociale & Solidaire.
L’association Maison des Projets est une association à but non lucratif, relevant du cadre de la loi du 1er juillet 1901 et non assujettie à la T.V.A.
Elle est présidée depuis mai 2013 par Monsieur Jean-Yves LEFEVRE qui succède à Madame Paulette GROUSSEAU, Présidente de mai 2010 à avril 2013."
"On October 6, 1982, the association "Rural Social Center of the Canton of Ballon" was created in Ballon, in Sarthe. It is then chaired by Mr. Jean-Claude BOULARD, current Mayor of the City of Le Mans.

On April 07, 2010, the new project, validated by all the partners accompanying the restructuring, changed its name to "Maison des Projets".
The association is approved Social Center by the services of the Family Allowance Fund of Sarthe (Global Animation Animation and Family Collective Animation).
The purpose of the House of Projects is to propose activities that respond to the global animation of the territory by proposing various activities, open to all, through a participative approach, for, by and with the inhabitants.
The association claims the values ??of Popular Education and appears as a structure rooted in the field of Social & Solidarity Economy.
The Maison des Projets association is a non-profit association, within the framework of the law of July 1st 1901 and not subject to the T.V.A.
It has been chaired since May 2013 by Jean-Yves LEFEVRE, who succeeds Paulette GROUSSEAU, President from May 2010 to April 2013."
