Marin has a University Hospital Center (CHU), the latter is a public institution that enjoys an independent legal personality.

Around 1850 the Marin civil hospital was built. It welcomes patients from neighboring towns of Sainte-Anne, Vauclin, Rivière-Pilote, and Sainte-Luce.

It was rebuilt in 1881 and in 1988, it has a capacity of 138 beds.

Le Marin possède un Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU), ce dernier est un établissement public qui jouit d’une personnalité morale autonome.

Vers 1850 l’hôpital civil du Marin est construit. Il accueille les patients des communes voisines de Sainte-Anne, du Vauclin, de Rivière-Pilote, et de Sainte-Luce.

Il fût reconstruit en 1881 et en 1988, il a une capacité de 138 lits.
