[DE] Auf dem Alten Friedhof zwischen Dom und Pfarrkirche in Brixen steht dieses originalgetreue Modell des Brixener Domes zum Ertasten.
"Blinde Menschen können nun erstmals den Brixener Dom mit ihren Händen ertasten. Möglich macht dies ein Modell, das von Ennio Dalpiaz geschaffen wurde und nun im Alten Friedhof zwischen Dom und Pfarrkirche steht. Anhand der Rekonstruktion im Kleinformat können sehebeinträchtigte Menschen den Dom erstmals mit ihren Fingern ertasten und somit eine Vorstellung der Architektur des kirchlichen Gebäudes erhalten. Die Plastik erhielt die Gemeinde Brixen für ihre Sensibilisierungskampagne "Aus anderer Sicht", die 2009 von der landesweiten Initiative "Cultura socialis" des Landesamtes für Familie und Sozialwesen ausgezeichnet worden war. Die Idee, mit der Siegerprämie eine solche Plastik anfertigen zu lassen, stammt vom blinden Nikolaus Fischnaller vom Südtiroler Blindenverband, der bei der offiziellen Einweihung auch gleich das Modell ertastete. Das Projekt "Aus anderer Sicht" hatte zum Ziel, architektonische Barrieren in der Stadt ausfindig zu machen und zu beseitigen sowie die breite Bevölkerung für die Anliegen von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung zu sensibilisieren."
