Plenty of parking. Rampart Range Road is a dirt road, so plan accordingly. Elevation at the trailhead is @9200 ft.

Trail is 2.6 miles out and back with an elevation gain of 250 ft. It is well maintained with several side trails (shortcuts) that add a bit if difficulty.
