Dans le cadre de partenariats durables, ils achètent leurs ingrédients majeurs en Bretagne.

Tous les produits laitiers viennent de la ferme de Saint-Goudas, à côté de Dinan (22) et tous leurs fruits sont cultivés ou travaillés à Naizain, près de Loudéac dans le Morbihan.

Ne lésiner ni sur la quantité, ni sur la qualité permet d’obtenir les meilleures saveurs. Ajoutez à cela un travail pointilleux sur la texture, celle-ci devant être onctueuse et gourmande. Et le résultat, ni trop gras ni trop sucré mais équilibré et tout simplement délicieux.

[EN] 25 years ago, Gérard Sanchez, maker of homemade ice cream, created his brand of high quality homemade ice cream made in the basement of his ice cream parlor at the Place du Pilori within the walls of Saint-Malo.

All of the dairy products come from the Saint-Goudas farm, near Dinan, and all fruit is grown or processed in Naizain, near Loudéac in the Morbihan.
