[DE] Auf der Arkade, links und rechts neben der Sandsteinstatue des Wasserschutzheiligen Johannes von Nepomuk, befindet sich jeweils ein kleiner Engel.
"Die Nepomukstatue in Brixen
Nachdem der Eisack drei Jahre zuvor zum wiederholten Male Teile der Stadt verwüstet hatte, ließ die Stadt Brixen im Jahre 1760 eine Arkade mit der Sandsteinstatue des Prager Wasserschutzheiligen Johannes von Nepomuk in Begleitung zweier Engel errichten. Selbige wurde ursprünglich über jener Treppe angebracht, die vom Eisackdamm zum Wasser führte und zuvörderst von Wäscherinnen benutzt wurde. Damals waren die Statuen noch dem Weißen Turm zugewandt. Erst im Zuge der Eisackregulierung wurde das Denkmal um einige Meter stadteinwärts an ihren heutigen Standort versetzt und dem Eisack zugedreht."
