< DE >  Am Fuße des kleinen Hügels, der Halterberg genannt wird, steht eine Tafel, die mit einem Plan inklusive Legende zeigt, wie die Anlage auf diesem Hügel angeordnet war. Darüberhinaus wird seine Geschichte erklärt:
Der Halterberg
Ist der Gänserndorfer Hausberg
Der Halterberg ist wegen seiner Seltenheit bemerkenswert.
Er stammt aus der Zeit der zweiten Landnahme ca. 1000-1200 n. Chr., er diente als Fluchtberg.
Erhalten ist nur der Erdkörper, dieser wurde händisch mit Körben aufgeschüttet. Die übrigen Verteidigungseinrichtungen, die aus Holz, Pfahlwänden und einem festen Haus bestanden, sind vollständig verschwunden. Der Halterberg hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 50x50m und eine Höhe von ca. 10m. Die Seitenkanten sind stark abgerundet. Die in Lappen zerrissene Plattform hat eine Ausdehnung von ca. 20x25m, durch den nordöstlichen Einschnitt dürfte eine Stiege emporgeführt haben. Der Wall und der Wallgraben sind bis auf geringe Reste eingeebnet.

The Halterberg is remarkable for its rarity.
It dates from the time of the second settlement about 1000-1200 AD, it served as a refuge.
Only the earth body is preserved, which was manually heaped up with baskets. The remaining defenses, consisting of wood, post walls and a stronghold, have completely disappeared. The Halterberg has a base of about 50x50m and a height of about 10m. The side edges are strongly rounded. The ragged platform has an extension of about 20x25m, through the northeastern incision may have led up a staircase. The rampart and the moat are leveled to a few remnants.
