According to its own advertising, "Colonel Brew Pub & Kitchen is located in the heart of Old Riga – at Livu Square. It offer a wide assortment of beers - Colonel's own tap, most prominent Belgian beers, as well as tens of beloved bottled beers. The kitchen offer includes both sweet and savory Belgian waffles, a variety of appetizers and a wide selection of main dishes – from burgers and wraps to beef steaks and pork chops.
