De Blaarmolen is a water mill on the Jeker in the Belgian municipality Tongeren. It is a slash mill. It functioned as a flour mill, but in the last decades of its existence it was used for milling feed ingredients. Under the Ancien Régime it was a compulsory mill.

The mill is named after the hamlet of Blaar, which is located east of Tongeren. It was a village that was part of the Stadsvrijheid Tongeren, but was added to the city of Tongeren around 1800. The oldest mention dates from 1235, as molendinum de Blale. In the following centuries the mill was mentioned repeatedly.

In 1970 the Jeker was canalized, where the bed was moved, so that the mill can no longer work. The mill pond was retained. Since then, electric has been ground. Since 1995 the mill is only used as a residence.

In the current state the mill is an oblong building with the narrow side facing the water. This side is made of sandstone. In 1966 a modern miller's house was built against it. The western façade dates from the 1 st century, but renovations took place in the 18th and 19th century. The wheel is made of iron and was installed in 1880.
