Das Phantasialand ist einer größten Freizeitparks Deutschlands. Im Themengebiet Mexiko befindet sich eine größere Halle, die als "Arena de Fiesta" thematisiert ist. Im Innern befindet sich eine Eislaufbahn, auf der jählich wechselnde Shows aufgeführt werden. Von außen ist die Halle so thematisiert, dass sie aus mehreren, einzelnen Gebäuden zu bestehen scheint. Kleinere gastronomische Ladenlokale sind ebenso in die Fassade eingearbeitet.

Auf dem Dach der Halle wurde mit weißer Farbe der etwa 30 mal 10 Meter große Schriftzug "Phantasialand Brühl" angebracht. Auf Satellitenbildern ist der Schriftzug bereits in großer Entfernung gut zu lesen. Bemerkenswert ist der Schriftstil des Wortes "Phantasialand": Obwohl die Fassade der Halle umfassend umgestaltet und rethematisiert worden ist, blieb das Dach und der darauf angebrachte Schriftzug offenbar seit Bau der Halle unverändert. Das Phantasialand hat seitdem bereits mehrfach sein Logo verändert, der Schriftzug auf dem Dach ist aber noch im Stil des Logos wie es von 1983 bis 1995 verwendet worden ist. Möglicherweise ist die Existenz des Schriftzugs seitdem in Vergessenheit geraten.

Der Schriftzug ist nur auf Satellitenbildern und nicht vom Boden aus zu sehen.

Phantasialand is one of Germany's largest amusement parks. In the Mexico section is a larger hall, which is thematized as "Arena de Fiesta". Inside, there is an ice skating rink, where annually changing shows are performed. From the outside, the hall is thematized in such a way that it seems to consist of several individual buildings. Smaller gastronomic shops are also incorporated into the facade.

On the roof of the hall, the 30-by-10-meter lettering "Phantasialand Brühl" was applied in white paint. On satellite images, the lettering is easy to read even at a great distance. Noteworthy is the font style of the word "Phantasialand": Although the facade of the hall has been extensively redesigned and rethematized, the roof and the attached lettering apparently remained unchanged since the construction of the hall. The Phantasialand has since changed its logo several times, but the lettering on the roof is still in the style of the logo as it has been used from 1983 to 1995. Perhaps the existence of the lettering has since been forgotten.

The lettering is only visible on satellite images and not from ground level.
