Im Themengebiet Berlin des Freizeitparks Phantasialand, direkt am Eingang "Berlin", befindet sich das Pferdekarussell, ein zweistöckiges, nostalgisches Karussel des Herstellers Preston & Barbieri. Passend zum Themengebiet, das als Berlin der 1920er und 1930er Jahre thematisiert ist, ist das Karussell im Stil der damaligen Dampfkarussells gestaltet. Die meisten Sitzplätze sind als klassische Pferde gestaltet, es gibt aber auch Kutschen, Bänke und Kreiseln. Insgesamt können pro Fahrt 111 Fahrgäste mitgenommen werden, was das Karussell zum größten doppelstöckigen Karussell Europas macht.

Eröffnet wurde das Karussell unter dem Namen "Alt-Berliner Dampfkarussell" am 1. April 1998. Bis 2008 stand es auf dem heutigen Kaiserplatz an der damaligen Nachbildung des Berliner Tors. Inzwischen steht dort das Kettenkarussell "Wellenflug". Bei der Verlegung des Pferdekarussells wurde auch eine Überdachung hinzugefügt, um das Karussell vor Regen zu schützen.
In the section Berlin of the amusement park Phantasialand, directly at the entrance "Berlin", there is the "Pferdekarussell" (i.e. horse carousel), a two-story, nostalgic carousel of the manufacturer Preston & Barbieri. In keeping with the park section, which is themed as Berlin of the 1920s and 1930s, the carousel is designed in the style of the former steam carousels. Most seats are designed as classic horses, but there are also carriages, benches and roundabouts. In total, 111 passengers can be taken on each trip, making the carousel the largest two-story carousel in Europe.

The carousel was opened on April 1, 1998 under the name "Alt-Berliner Dampfkarussell". Until 2008, it stood on today's Kaiserplatz at the former replica of the Berliner Tor. Today there is the chain carousel "Wellenflug". When the horse carousel was relocated, a roofing was added to protect the carousel from rain.
