This is just a small intersection, Phillips doesn't even go south of 66th, in a residential area. I was thinking there might be a convenience store selling a certain brand of fuel.
Phillips 66 started in Oklahoma, but is now headquartered in Houston, Texas. Many filling stations around Oklahoma City serve Phillips 66 products (On Cue and Circle K).
