Esta torre sineira está colocada ao longo da fachada principal da capela, ela foi construida em pedra granitica com aberturas para três sinos, duas aberturas para dois maiores em baixo e uma abertura na parte de cima para um mais pequeno.
"Santuário construído num dos locais de culto à Virgem mais antigos do distrito de Bragança, onde se misturam componentes agro-pastoris e militares, e nas imediações de uma estrada romana. Tem planta retangular composta por nave e capela-mor, mais estreita e mais alta, interiormente com iluminação axial e unilateral. Fachada principal em cantaria aparente, terminada em empena truncada por dupla sineira e rasgada por portal em arco abatido, de moldura recortada, entre duas frestas. A modinatura do portal axial, bem como o remate da sineira com empena contendo um outro vão mais pequeno deve ter resultado de uma alteração de finais do séc. 18 / 19, pois nas Memórias Paroquiais, de 1758, alude-se à frontaria já toda em cantaria, com dois sinos, e a porta virada a S. com alpendre, mas com três arcos e não uma arquitrave, como tem atualmente. A fachada lateral direita é rasgada por porta travessa, quinhentista, em arco de volta perfeita de aduelas largas, protegido por alpendre, e fresta de capialço no topo da nave e capela-mor, a qual tem a fachada posterior terminada em empena."
