H. Ayuntamiento de Benito Juarez Time Capsule - Cancun, Mexico - Time Capsules on Waymarking.com

As part of of the activities of the 47th anniversary of the Cancun Foundation, a time capsule was buried on the grounds of the Benito Juarez City Hall in the presence of the Municipal President of Benito Juárez, Remberto Estrada Barba. Among the items that have been deposited are photographs of the cabinet and the Town Council of Benito Juárez; birth certificates of the first people registered in this city, as well as photographs of iconic places. The time capsule should be open on April 20, 2032.

The plaque reads:

"Cancun, Quintana Roo, 19 Abril del 2017
En el marco de los festejos del 47 aniversario de la fundacion de Cancun, siendo presidente municipal
Remberto Estrada Barda
se llevo a cabo un acto civico organizado por el
H. Ayuntamiento de Benito Juarez y la
Universidad del Caribe
Se deposito una capsula de tiempo que debera
ser abierta el 20 de Abril del 2032."

Translation:

"Cancun, Quintana Roo, April 19, 2017
Within the framework of the celebrations of the 47th anniversary of the foundation of Cancun, being municipal president
Remberto Estrada Barda
a civic act organized by the
H. City Council of Benito Juarez
and the
University of the Caribbean
