Motorový vuz M 131.1116 vyrobila Tatra Koprivnice v roce 1949. Po vyrobení byl predán do depa Žilina. Po té jezdil v Leopoldove. V roce 1960 se presunul na opacnou stranu Ceskoslovenska - do Chebu. V roce 1965 následovalo depo Plzen. Pro násilné poškození byl dne 5.5.1965 zrušen, ale již 1.2.1965 prodán n.p. Vitana. V roce 1968 se ocitá v majetku n.p. Synthesia Semtín, kde jezdil vlastní silou cca do roku 1985. Od té doby byl využíván pouze jako sklad zvedáku a vyproštovací techniky.
