[GER] In Verlängerung Hainbuchenallee, zwischen Westensee und Kiebitzfleet befindet sich das von dem Künstler Micky Damm, 2012 geschaffene Kunstwerk. Mit einer Gesamtgröße von 10,00m Länge x 2,50m Breite x 3,50m Höhe hat es beachtliche Ausmaße.

Ein aus Baumstämmen gebauter Sitzplatz rahmt den Blick auf das Wasser und ermöglicht neue Sichtweisen auf die bekannte Umgebung. Der gleichzeitig als Sitzplatz fungierende Durchgang soll sich zu einem Stammplatz (im Wortsinne) für alle Bewohner Neuallermöhes entwickeln.

[ENG] In extension of Hainbuchenallee, between Westensee and Kiebitzfleet is the work of art created by the artist Micky Damm in 2012. With a total size of 10,00m length x 2,50m width x 3,50m height it has considerable dimensions.

A seat made of tree trunks frames the view of the water and allows new views of the familiar surroundings. The passageway, which at the same time serves as a seating area, should develop into a regular place for all inhabitants of Neuallermöhe.

[GONE] THE PILE OF WOOD FELL VICTIM TO THE FLAMES IN SUMMER 2020 AND WAS THEN REMOVED.
