Il s'installe dans le quartier de Saint Lazare en 1976 puis déménage en 2019 dans la zone industrielle de Romanet

During a big strike of shoe and porcelain workers, Léon Betoulle, future deputy of Haute-Vienne, creates a new newspaper, "Le Populaire du Center", on October 29, 1905.
He settled in the district of Saint Lazare in 1976 then moved in 2019 to the industrial area of ??Romanet
