Die Trinkhalle wurde zwischen 1903 und 1908 im neugotischen Stil erbaut und war zuerst im Privatbesitz. Im Jahr 1987 gingen die Trinkhalle sowie die Wasserrecht in das Eigentum der Stadt Bad Lippspringe über. Neben der Liboriusquelle beherbergt das Gebäude eine Figur des hl. Liborius, das Wappen des Papstes Pius X. sowie aktuell eine freie Bibliothek. Durch das gläserne Dach ist die Halle lichtdurchflutet.
Die Liborius-Heilquelle gilt als sehr bekömmlich und wirksam bei Stoffwechsel-Erkrankungen. Laut einer Analyse von 2003 handelt es sich bei dem Quellwasser um ein Fluoridhaltiges – Calcium – Sulfat – Hydrogencarbonat – Wasser.

The pump room was built between 1903 and 1908 in Neo-Gothic style and was first privately owned. In 1987, the building and the water right passed into the ownership of the city of Bad Lippspringe. In addition to the Liborius-spring, the building houses a figure of St. Liborius, the coat of arms of Pope Pius X. and currently a free library. Through the glass roof, the hall is flooded with light.
The Liborius healing spring is considered very digestible and effective in metabolic diseases. According to a 2003 analysis, the spring-water is a fluoride-containing calcium sulfate-hydrogencarbonate-water.
