L’église Saint-Étienne de Waha a conservé sa pierre dédicatoire portant la date de 1050.
Il s’agit d’une église romane qui possède un choeur surbaissé à chevet plat, une nef centrale de trois travées accostée de deux collatéraux et une tour massive plus récente.
L’intérieur de l’église est rythmé par trois arcades sur des piliers massifs.
La couverture des nefs est faite d’un plafond orné de stucs moulurés (XVIIe -XVIIIe s.).
Le choeur de l’église est orné de deux arcades, d’un oculus et de deux baies vitrées.
Entièrement enduite en blanc, l’église de Waha accueille, depuis peu, les vitraux aux teintes bleutées du grand artiste belge, décédé en 2005, Jean-Michel Folon.

St. Stephen's Church in Waha has kept its dedicatory stone bearing the date 1050.
It is a Romanesque church with a low-rise choir with a flat chevet, a central nave with three bays, two collaterals and a newer massive tower.
The interior of the church is punctuated by three arches on massive pillars.
The roof of the naves is made of a ceiling adorned with molded stucco (17th-18th centuries).
The choir of the church is decorated with two arches, an oculus and two bay windows.
Entirely covered in white, the church of Waha recently welcomed the blue-tinted windows of the great Belgian artist, who died in 2005, Jean-Michel Folon.
