This clock is one of the principal features of the town park of the southern Laos town of Savanakhet. The clock is digital, and displays the temperature and date. The park is home to a number of local sport teams, as such I suspect it also doubles as a time keeper.
In design, a green rectangle, with red digits on a black background. There are also two analog clocks displayed. These clocks are on both sides of the rectangle. Thus six clocks in total. Easy to spot as you approach the park. The clock is on the northern edge of the park, facing towards the city centre.
The park is named in memory of a deceased Laos statesman and president of Laos in the 1990s.
