EN: This welcome sign is located at the southern exit of the village from Zuzgen on the raod to Hellikon. In addition to the slogan "Welcome to the village of the beautiful churches", the sign also features a painting of these two churches.

The two churches are located about 200 meters north of the sign on both sides of the road. Both are dedicated to St. George. The eastern church was built around 1739 in Baroque style and had predecessors until the 10th century. In the cultural struggle after the first Vatican Council, it was taken over by the newly founded Christian Catholic Church in 1878. The western one, for the remaining Roman Catholic inhabitants, was built in 1902 in the Gothic Revival style by August Hardegger and also consecrated to St. George. Both churches are listed buildings.
