The La Quebrada Cliff Divers are professional high divers who perform daily shows for the public. They dive 35 meters (115 ft) from the cliffs of La Quebrada into the "Gulch" in Pacific Ocean. The depth of water in the "Gulch" can varies from 6 to 16 feet depending on the waves and tide, with an average depth of 12 feet. They are some of the highest paid residents of Acapulco. Master divers and can earn more than $250 US dollars per day. Divers perform daily.
