FR L’église anglicane d’Hyères est une église protestante de type néogothique, située dans la commune d’Hyères.

Histoire
En 1867, Wiliam Brookes, chapelain des Anglais à Hyères demande à Godillot de faire construire une église où les Anglais pourrait se réunir. Godillot offre un terrain de 80 000 francs pour la réalisation de l’église et demande à Pierre Chapoulart, de réaliser les plans l’église, consacré en 1884 par l'évêque de Gibraltar. L'église est utilisée par la communauté anglaise jusqu'en 1950. Elle est rachetée par la municipalité en 1953 pour 350 000 francs. Aujourd'hui c'est un lieu culturel, ouvert lors des Journées du Patrimoine.

Architecture
L'élévation de l'église utilise des moellons polygonaux en calcaire blanc avec des joints en reliefs peints. Les parties en pierre de taille et les éléments décoratifs sont en calcaire jaune, qui est plus facile à sculpter.

Godillot offers a land of 80 000 francs for the realization of the church and asks Pierre Chapoulart, to carry out the plans the church, consecrated in 1884 by the bishop of Gibraltar. The church was used by the English community until 1950. It was bought by the municipality in 1953 for 350 000 francs. Today it is a cultural place, opened during Heritage Days.

Architecture
The elevation of the church uses polygonal rubble in white limestone with painted relief joints. The ashlar parts and decorative elements are in yellow limestone, which is easier to carve.
