This overlook is located on a hill overlooking Lake Ontario and the Oswego Harbor, there is a pedestal mounted binocular coin operated machine here with several points of interest listed. There are not any picnic tables located here, but below the hill is a boat launch and marina and there are picnic tables, restrooms and other amenities here for public use.
