This webcam is located on the second floor of a residence on Dallas Road across from the walkway between Ogden & Clover Points in Victoria B.C. Co-ords are where to stand to best be in it's view. The camera refreshes on a 30 second interval & it can be zoomed in/out by any user(s) viewing the cam. This means you may need someone else monitoring/controlling the cam while you attempt to get your photo taken.
