This type of grinder/press combination is manufactured about 1925 in Rouen, France.
The press occurs quite great, but in France it is a normal Cider Press for private use. A typical Normand mansion has a meadow with about 100 apple trees only for making juice. The press can handle the apple harvest of about one tree, so it is quite useful when you had the money to buy one of these.
