 The map changes 6 times a year, over the seasons. Always available in salty and sweet.
The salty is inspired by the sweet with crumbles, tarts, cakes, puff pastry, slippers ... with vegetables, and / or cheeses and some nice salads fresh days.
The sweet is inspired by the snacks of our childhood with our grandmothers with its soft, melting and crunchy textures, lined with almonds, fruits, chocolates or other delights.
Not to mention the Norman flavors.

 La carte change 6 fois par an, au fil des saisons. Toujours déclinée en version salé et sucré.
Le salé s’inspirant du sucré avec les crumbles, tartes, cakes, feuilletés, chaussons…aux légumes, et/ou aux fromages et aux beaux jours quelques salades fraîcheurs.
Le sucré s’inspirant des goûters de notre enfance chez nos grands-mères avec ses textures moelleuses, fondantes et croquantes, garni d’amandes, de fruits, de chocolats ou autres délices.
Sans oublier les saveurs Normandes.
