The City of Coeur d'Alene decided to build a unique monument to the fallen firefighters and police officers of September 11. The Cherry Hill Park 9/11 Memorial Playground features a giant firefighters helmet, a fire truck, a police cruiser, police motorcycles, and other themed toys for children.
