K&M Demay Skate Park - Skateparks on Waymarking.com

This skatepark is located on East Avenue in downtown Newark, New York. It does have the requirement of protective gear, there is a fee to enter, though, sometimes that fee is waived on special occasions. It is maintained by the nearby community center and skaters must sign in at the comm. center before skating. This park cost $100,000 to build and was build in the summer of 2004.
