The Bervie Chipper is both a restaurant and takeaway in the town of Inverbervie on the Mearns coast between Montrose and Stonehaven in north-east Scotland.

The business was once voted the number one fish & chip shop in the United Kingdom and from there spawned a number of shops around the north-east of Scotland

The premises can be found on the main A92 road near the northern edge of the town. A car park is situated opposite.

The restaurant opens at the same time as the takeaway, but closes at 7.00pm.

This is one of the more famous names in fish & chip shop circles in this part of Scotland and the original of what became a large chain.
